On occasion, the SCADA to model connections generate error/information messages. These messages are displayed in the SCADA Log which can be accessed by Analysis > SCADAConnect Simulator and selecting View Log button in the Configure tab.

This opens the SCADA Log. The log is a text file which can be helpful in diagnosing problems and communicating with Bentley Technical Support. It can be viewed with Notepad or other similar programs.
